Mer Bags began business in Brooklyn New York, 2001. We're a small
company. All our products are designed, cut, and hand-built by 1-2
people out of our shop in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Mer goods are
weatherproof and built to last. They are engineered with industrial
materials to withstand everyday use and even the most heavy abuse.
Our bags are made to order, and often with custom elements, or kept in
small editions which allows us to keep quality and detail at its best.
Our mission is to make bags that are simply designed but highly
functional. We're a company inspired by the city that we're born from.
We're inspired by skateboarding, urban cycling, surfing, bmx, music
and art.

SHIPPING/ORDER DURATION:
[$15.00 for domestic shipping and handling on shoulder bags and backpacks]
[$28.00 for shipping and handling to alaska/hawaii/canada]
[$48.00 for international shipping and handling on shoulder bags and backpacks]
[domestic and international shipping for accessories can be quoted]
[allow a minimum of 10 days for delivery upon reception of your payment]
[keep in mind we're a small operation some orders may take longer to be completed]
[rush orders will cost an additional $15 - $25 depending on the order]
[large orders / large international orders can be quoted]

we accept money orders or cashiers checks.

WARRANTY/RETURNS
all Mer products that may have a defect or craftsmanship error will be
repaired. if anything fails unusually on a Mer product it will be
repaired.
we accept a return for an exchange in store credit if the bag is
unused/in good condition.
please contact mer for approval in an exchange.
some customized bags may be difficult to re-sell.
